For your convenience, DHL offer several methods of tracking a shipment. Each shipment you despatch carries a unique waybill number, you will find this number at the top of the waybill along with the barcode (it is recommended that the sender’s copy of the Waybill is kept on file until a delivery is made).
Should you wish to obtain proof of delivery for any shipment despatched, you may choose one of the following options:
Check your shipment status on www.dhl.ie – enter up to 10 Waybill numbers into the “Track your Shipment” box on the right hand side of the website.
Track a shipment online
Enter your waybill number ONLY in the subject field and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
Track a shipment via email
Simply send a text message with your waybill number to 0044 7720 334 455 – DHL will text you back with the latest information on your shipment.
Dial Customer Service on 1890 725 725 (+353 1 870 0790 if you’re calling from outside of the Republic of Ireland) and say “Track a Parcel” using our speech recognition telephone system.
