Direct Debit offers you a safe and secure method of payment which reduces your administration costs and time. This is indeed the most convenient way to pay your invoices as there is no need for you to write cheques, produce remittance advice or make online payments. You simply need to complete, sign and return our direct debit mandate and we will take care of the rest.
With Direct Debit you will receive one invoice at the end of every month and payment of this will be taken direct from your bank on the last working day of the following month. DHL Express will advise you 14 days in advance of the direct debit being taken.
